TeleCentro is the second largest cable operator in Argentina with hundreds of thousands set top boxes deployed for their DVB-C services. tucano back-end has been selected to replace their legacy cable solution and bring new OTT services. 

From their legacy infrastructure, they migrated toward a hybrid solution where live TV is still delivered through broadcast and on-demand is coming from internet video platforms such as HBO GO and FOXPlay.


Econet Wireless, one of the main telco’s in Africa, launched a brand new OTT/mobile service: KWESE all over Africa for Live & VOD. It will be deployed in 18 countries by the end of 2017.

For this project we integrated 3rd party content providers and managed geo-filtering depending on country content rights and proposed new and multiple business models popular in the African region.


beIN Sports is a global network of sports channels and entertainment operated by beIN Media Group, broadcasting 60 channels across 5 continents and counting 55 M Pay-TV subscribers on a global scale.

tucano back-end solution has been chosen by beIN Sports to power the beIN Sports Connect platform through the implementation of an OTT solution worldwide.


Orange is one of the leading telecommunication operators in Belgium, with over 3 M subscribers. Recently, Orange became the first CVNO using Telenet and VOO cable infrastructure to deliver their TV and internet services .

tucano had to comply with Tier 1 carrier grade requirements, thus being responsible of STB provisioning, STB fleet management, CAS activation, integration with Agama analytics, global monitoring and support.
